With the UV-C/Ozone plant we have since September 2005 an economical method that offers a degree of effectiveness that completely convinced us.“

„Due our steam-heated deep fryer we gladly wanted to abstain from using thermal combustion, forcing us to intensively reseach for alternative odour and grease reduction methods. Due to the hot vapour exhaust air and the possibility to deploy a discontinuous production process at that time, biofilter resulted also inappropriate. The laborious care of a biofilter would be way too cumbersome, too. Since we categoricaly reject the employement of chemical agents, the use of a chemical scrubber for odour reduction purposes was also not acceptable.
