The requirement
  • purification of oil- and steam-charged exhaust vapours and elimination of odours
  • preservation of the steam cushion covering the frying oil surface (in order to avoid access of air)

The solution

oxytec's FLO-P plant for exhaust vapour elimination, designed for:

  • exhaust vapour volumen 2.500 cbm/h
  • percentage of water steam ca. 900 kg/h
  • grease saturation 200–300 mg/cbm
