Hygiene management

We support you when setting up hygiene management systems, particularly in foodstuff production industry and communal feeding.

Due the rearrangement of the european food laws (EC Directives 852/2004 to 854/2004 and 882/2004) hygienical concepts such as HACCP are obligatory. An obligation concerning documentation and training is imposed as a result of the mentioned rearrangement and has to be fulfilled.

Our microbiological and hygienic advices are centered in particular onto the aspect of integrated hygiene management. Besides microbiological criteria, product environment, personal and plant hygiene, as well as machine technology are regarded as a unit during every production step. Planning, projection and microbiologic acceptance are performed strictly conform to european and national foodstuff hygiene regulations, integrated in an already existing or not yet build in-house control system or HACCP concept. Another part of our work comprehends the revision and inspection of RLT devices to comply the hygienic conditions imposed by VDI 6022. We escort you until successfully achieving certification conform to the International Food Standard (IFS) or the quality norm DIN ISO 9000.

Employee training is an indispensable part of our hygiene and management concepts. We provide inhouse training in HACCP, microbiology, protection against infections, quality management, operational safety, occupational medicine and VDI 6022.
